Sara Pacelle - Principal
Sara Pacelle is the founder and principal of NorthBridge Career Partners.
Before founding NorthBridge Career Partners, Sara was on the startup team leading business development at the Daily Grommet, an innovative online marketplace that uses social media to tell the stories of entrepreneurs and their successful career paths. Sara's business development role focused on relationship building by collaborating with the Grommet partners to help develop their personal career stories for social media publication. It was at Daily Grommet that Sara realized her own passion for career building and the next step in her own career path. And so, NorthBridge Career Partners was formed. At NorthBridge Career Partners, Sara combines her business acumen with her insightful counseling skills to help others focus, prioritize and achieve their career goals. Sara believes in self-assessment as the first step in developing a career plan and using business development skills to reach those goals. Sara has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and startup worlds in investment management, finance, business development, social media, ecommerce and real estate. Sara is a resume coach for the Posse Foundation, a Linkedin trainer and is the Boston Career Advisor for Examiner.com. She brings to NorthBridge Career Partners her depth of business and social media experience and her sincere desire to help others achieve clarity and success in their careers.
Sara earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross. She is a Certified Career Development Facilitator, a Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner and a qualified Strong Interest Inventory assessor.

Elizabeth Fente - Consultant
Elizabeth Fente is a seasoned human resources professional with 20+ years experience within large, established national and international corporations and growing startup firms.
Beginning with her early years within the publishing industry, Elizabeth learned about the integral role that strategic human resources planning can have in supporting broader organizational objectives. Her subsequent experience within varied industries including manufacturing, consumer products, software development and financial services afforded her the unique opportunity to explore and participate in world class human resources organizational practices and initiatives.
Her exposure to best practices at organizations such as Fidelity Investments, The Dreyfus Corporation, Reebok International and the Lotus Development Corporation were enormously rewarding experiences and provided a solid frame of reference when creating the human resource infrastructure within her startup firms. Elizabeth is currently on the human resource team of the global Dutch bank, ABN AMRO Holdings USA LLC..

Patty Rose - Consultant
Patty brings to NorthBridge over 20 years’ experience in contingency recruiting, talent acquisition and executive search for some of the most well-respected firms in their industries. She began her career as a staff accountant at PWC Price Waterhouse Coopers while pursuing her MBA. Patty then realized her interest in career development within the recruiting field at companies in the technology, consumer products, financial services and retail industries. She has led recruiting teams for companies such as Microsoft, Winter Wyman, The First Marblehead Corporation, The Computer Merchant, Stride Rite and Euro-Pro. She is currently the Director of Talent Management for Tatum, the national professional services firm.

Susan DiTullio - Consultant
Susan DiTullio is an experienced professional in recruiting, marketing and partner relationships with over 20 years of experience in in various industries including higher education, business consulting, manufacturing and high tech.
Beginning her career as an Admissions Officer at Boston University, Susan learned the value of building credible and professional recruitment programs and how recruiting the best talent can lead to long-term organizational success. Her experience as a Recruiter at the Boston Consulting Group enabled her to further her skills in the development of world class processes and recruiting initiatives. While at BCG, Susan successfully fostered relationships with students and Career Development Offices at top-tiered MBA programs such as MIT Sloan and Tuck. These partner relationships resulted in the recruitment of talented and driven candidates who would continue to lead the overall success of the company.
Her unique experience enabled Susan to subsequently build successful recruiting programs at Textron and Vistaprint resulting in the acquisition of top talent and company growth. Susan has been described as a consummate professional who is results driven and focused on the success of her overall team. Her experience in talent acquisition, fostering partner relationships and the development of business driven marketing programs has led her to be considered a leader in both the recruiting and marketing industries.
